SHIPPING POLICY:

Free Shipping Promotion: Free Ground Shipping on order over $99 *Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO address. These orders, shipping will be added. (in the event of items being returned, actual shipping charge will be deducted from refunded amount. Returning part of an order and the total drop below promotional threshold, shipping will be added and may reduce the amount of returning item's refund. Free shipping is only valid for online purchases, may not be used on phone, FAX, or mail-in orders.)

UPS Ground: Please allow 1 business day for processng before shipping, excluding weekends. Your order will ship by UPS Ground. Shipping plus processing time is 4-7 business days for delivery. We do not guarantee same day shipping and orders are processed during normal business hours.

UPS 3 Day Select: Please allow 1 business day for processng before shipping, excluding weekends. Your order will ship by UPS 3 Day Air. Shipping plus processing time is 3-4 business days for delivery. We do not guarantee same day shipping and orders are processed during normal business hours.

UPS 2 Day Air: Please allow 1 business day for processng before shipping, excluding weekends. Your order will ship by UPS 2 Day Air. Shipping plus processing time is 2-3 business days for delivery. We do not guarantee same day shipping and orders are processed during normal business hours.

UPS 1 Day Air: Please allow 1 business day for processng before shipping, excluding weekends. Your order will ship by UPS 1 Day Air. Shipping plus processing time is 1-2 business days for delivery. We do not guarantee same day shipping and orders are processed during normal business hours.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders with embroidery require additional time before shipping, please allow up to seven additional days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak demand, holidays, when pants need to be hemmed and weather related issues. If you have any questions about delivery times please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping with US Postal Service, no tracking number will be sent. Order processing will be delayed by one day.



RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason, you may return them for a refund*, less shipping charges. We have NO restocking fees, and NO Return Authorization is Needed.

*Shipping charges are not refundable. Embroidered, Washed, or Altered items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable unless our company is at fault. Defective items may be return for replacement.


Returns*
Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list. We will refund your purchase, less shipping charges.Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment. NO Return Authorization is required.

*Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.


Exchanges*
Option #1 Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list. Tell us what you want it replaced with. Your exchange will be returned to you at our cost. NO Return Authorization is required.

Option #2 For faster service on exchanges, we recommend you reorder and purchase the correct item online. Send the return back to us with a copy of your sales receipt or packing list. When the old products are returned we will credit your account, less shipping charges. NO Return Authorization is required.

We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by American Work Apparel will NOT receive credit for the return.


Defects in Workmanship
Defect in workmanship must be presented to us by phone (888-540-3950), fax, or E-Mail Customer Service within 10 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)


Shortages or Incorrect Orders
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by phone (888-540-3950), fax, or E-Mail Customer Service, within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)


Order Cancellations
Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled, changed, or stopped. Call us immediately at 888-540-3950 and we will try and assist you. All cancellations require confirmation by customer service.

Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Embroidery orders which have already been embroidered but not shipped cannot be canceled, changed, or returned. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers should follow our return policy shown above.
